    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Run on any Bukkit build since the 1.4.7 build. (Currently running on the latest beta build for 1.5.1).
    2.Wait for one in game day.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: LoreTime progresses by 1 day (from March 21st to March 22nd)
    Instead: LoreTime progresses by 2 days )from march 2st to March 22nd, then immediately to March 23rd)

    What version of the product are you using?
    v286

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, the server does nothing.

    Please provide any additional information below.
