There are permissions on what locks someone is able to pick, but I would also like to see permissions on who can use/make each level of locks.

This would be useful for two reasons
1) I could then tie it to a skill so that players can become locksmiths, making various levels of locks and trapped locks.

2) reward my donators with the level 6 locks and prevent lower ranks from using them.

I would so use this plugin if these permissions were added!!
