    Have the ability to create world specific achievements

    Possible ways this could be implemented:

    • Specify world in the achievement, if no world is specified then assume it applies to all worlds
    • Have an achievements file for each world (possibly under a worlds folder) e.g. worlds/world_nether/achievements.yml

    Possible soon with betafunctions enabled in Stats.
