• fixed way to bypass login with /rmpass
• fixed way to bypass login with /setpass
• added a new data.yml instead of config.yml
• added a new feature to make password required
• cleaned up some code
• double checked bug and tested it

all passwords will get reset on updating to 1.4 :O
