-"/log reload-databases" command added to reload databases
-Chat, command, spawnegg and login databases combined to one player relevant database
-Clean commands changed (See "commands and Permissions")
-Fix: Bug "LogEx 1.x.x could not be loaded!"
-LogEx can now finally be updated by using plugins like Plugman
-A lot of little improvements
