Bukkit

I recently had lobby api to get from my survival to my factions server. but since then I now have deleted factions and changed it to anarchy. I deleted the world and made a new one and the lobbyapi no longer works. how do I fix this? Im assuming I have to delete the old server and add a new one in the gui? (please explain how to add a new one like im five im dumber than you think)

Alright, so first, are there any errors in the console when lobbyapi starts up or when you use any of the lobbyapi commands? If there are, could you post them so I know what exactly does not work.
