Bukkit

- If you don't want to check a player for a hack then turn the check off in the config or on.

- Added timer/blink. They work out the same thing.

- Made flight detections less sensitive.

- Fixed speed? It wasn't working for some reason.

- Removed fast click. It was triggered by pressure plates (Other words too lazy to fix)

- Improved speed detection to detect Spartan, Spectre and NCP bypasses.
