• Additional rewrite to improve code readability and improve memory use
• Added highScan and lowScan y values to conflig.yml for servers who wish to reduce elevator scan time for performance reasons
• Added /lift command. When "/lift" is used while standing on the base block it will generate a lift (but not run it) and provide feedback.

Some players have reported dying on long elevator rides. I haven't been able to reproduce it on my end.
