Bukkit

• Water is now allowed in the shaft
• Flight is maintained if player is an op
• Signs should no longer change if cancled by another plugin
• Now filename no longer has version number in it. It is just Lift.jar

Some players have reported dying on long elevator rides. I haven't been able to reproduce it on my end.
