• Some code cleanup
• Logging out removes player from the lift
• Runaway lifts should no longer be a problem
• Multipassenger should work better
• Minor speedup of lift speed.

This plugin is not well tested. There are not a lot of checks for mistakes either. Bug reports are welcome.
