LifeStolen
LifeStolen is just another LifeSteal plugin, this plugin is meant to be used for LifeSteal servers, SMPs, or events
For early releases, check out the GitHub Releases page for this plugin. And for help with the plugin (or if you just wanna stay and chill) I have a Discord.
To view commands, recipes, etc, view the wiki.
can I change the recipe?
In reply to mobs1010:
Yep! In the most recent update (SNAPSHOT 2.0) you can change it in the configs.
Hello. I have decided to do something new with LifeSteal, coming next update LifeSteal will be like traditional LifeSteal so no matter how you die, you lose hearts. You can disable this with the configs, I have also made the decision to just ban people when you die, so I can implement a new feature that I won't leak... You'll have to wait for next update.
In reply to KadotCom:
This may be next update after this upcoming one.
uhh it wont take hearts when I die what do i do?
In reply to sovietshrek69:
Hello, how did you die in the game?
If you die from the following, it won't take any hearts: Fall damage, fire damage, drowning, suffocating, mob damage, being crushed to death, potion damage, stinging/cactus thorns, void damage, sleeping in a bed in the nether or the end, tnt, hunger, wither damage, etc
Only way of people losing or gaining hearts is by either dying from a player, or killing a player.
Hello! Is there a way to make this plugin for separate worlds??
In reply to Hero7150TV:
Hello, it is planned to be worked on and will be added in a future update.
This appears on my roadmap for this project (https://github.com/kadotcom/lifestolen/wiki/Roadmap)
Hey the plugin is great works really well :D but there is one thing, I want to change the recipe to make it more balanced just wondering if there are a way to do that, thx.
In reply to thekatdev:
Hi, sorry for the late response I keep on forgetting to check this lol
At this moment there is not a way of changing the recipe, but I am working on adding some new changes, so I will add a way of changing the recipe using config.yml when the next update releases
(Note: Check comment below)
In reply to thekatdev:
Hello again, I have made it so you can now edit the crafting recipe with the config.yml file (part of Snapshot 2.0)
It hasn't been approved by CurseForge (because I basically just uploaded it) but it is on SpigotMC https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/lifestolen.99220/update?update=449729
How do I use the giveheart command?
In reply to Gabe4GamingOnTwitch:
Hello, sorry for the late response
To use the /giveheart command, you need the lifestolen.giveheart permission or operator status, this will give you an item called "Heart" which when you right-click on it, it will give you an extra heart (without having to kill anyone), this item can also be crafted (this is the default crafting recipe for the heart item https://github.com/kadotcom/lifestolen/wiki/Commands-and-Crafting-Recipes)
(NOTE: This is a note from hours later, I forgot to add the command, I had it in the command code but I guess I removed it on accident. This will be added next update, again sorry)
In reply to KadotCom_:
Hello again, I have re-added the /giveheart command after accidentally removing it (it is part of Snapshot 2.0)
It hasn't been approved by CurseForge (because I basically just uploaded it) but it is on SpigotMC https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/lifestolen.99220/update?update=449729
Please update to that if you want the /giveheart command to work
There's a problem with this plugin
whenever you kill someone that is at 1 heart, you still get a heart
this needs to be fixed
In reply to multicraftedcroix:
Wait is that not how LifeSteal works, taking all their hearts because I only seen a few LifeSteal videos.
how do i get op
In reply to MrAndMrsCarrot:
OP like Get alot of hearts or /op as in operator status?
In reply to KadotCom_:
yes
when i do /op in console it doesnt work
and i try other commands nothing works except your plugin
so i cant use like /give on console and in general i cant use /resethealth
so i dont know how to give myself op
In reply to MrAndMrsCarrot:
Were you just doing /op or /op <username>
