What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

can you make it possible to be able to set a global parent region for every block type? because that would help so much if you want to make changes to all regions and would also allow you to use features the plugin might not support while further worldguard updates do (like custom flags)

Also, what might be more complex - a plugin that allows you to claim a region of a specific size and adds around 30 more blocks of no-mans-land around the border. so basically a system where.
the idea behind this is:
you can claim and build inisde your plot and make a fence on its border. behind the fence will be 30 blocks of no-mans-land (where noone can build) so people cant just pillar up and jump over your fence.

Also it would be nice if you made it possible to give a player a building block by command. i.e. as voting reward.
people are stupid and love simple things....

I understand that would make it a personal plugin but ild pay a 100$ atleast if you could do that
