    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Configure plugin: http://pastebin.com/0kSbBLiS
    2. /ps create 11
    3. Plase created one to ignored world.
    4. Region are created.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Any region created

    What version of the product are you using?
    2.0.10

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    0 error log, just created zone at ignored world.
