• Added start level, which has to be reached so that max health will increase (default = 0); suggested by jjoouulleessbbeeff

• Fixed max health always resetting on join + health reset message not being displayed
• Fixed occasionally uncaught exceptions when max health changed; thanks to jomjonejame
