Server console under Windows cannot display non-ASCII characters: Cyrillic symbols and more will be displayed as "?" and cannot be read!! I hope to fix this bug ASAP, so it will display English text in the console. This only affects the commands available to Clients, so you can still use the version of the plugin fine.
