Aims To Reduce Server Load and Therefore Lag By Stopping Pointless Mob Spawns.
Currently Catches And Cancels Mob Spawns For Mobs Which Would Despawn In The Following Tick Anyway.

Uses the CreatureSpawnEvent to montior mob spawns and if they meet the despawn conditions it cancels the spawn to prevent the server from dealing with pointlessly spawned mobs for a tick (this happens alot)More Info And Support

could you stop mob spawns below a certan level? i dont need 100's of monsters in caves when they could be on land killing players. (i use craftbukkit+ + and set it for 4000 mobs each night, no need to have mobs where they are not needed causing lag)
