REGEN YOUR CONFIG, PLEASE, TO AVOID ERRORS!

Fixed:

• Error with MySQL queries

Added:

• Coins to money exchanger
• Money to coins exchanger
• Exchanger have got settable rate to buy/sell in config
• If you don't set static rate, plugin will generate it randomly from 30 to 50
