Permanent Player Placed Leaves

I was getting a bit impatient for 1.8, which supposedly fixes this... So I took it unto myself to make this. (Also a friend wanted it. So why not)

Features:

Leaves (placed by player) are permanent. (Need no wood)

This project will be inactive after 1.8 when this issue is fixed

Thank god for this! :) Using voxel sniper to make a giant tree the other day... got kinda pissed off with none of the other plugins working... About to test this, lets hope it works ;)
