around every 1 in 4 shots we end up smashing into the ceiling above my cannon. I've fixed it by making the "escape" hole 3x3 instead of 1x1 but that just never quite looks as good.

Could you add something that moves you to x.5 and z.5 when the launch happens? That way you could clear all of the outside blocks when you're shooting up into the air.

Just an idea. I <3 this plug in. I have very fond memories of Secret of Mana and loved their cannon travel system as well.
