Item Removal System

The item removal system works simply by using a predefined time in the configuration file, and clearing any item that is alive for that amount of time.

YOUR CONFIG NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OR LagPlugin WILL CRASH

Config needs to be removed when updating Other problems may show up, as this is a BETA release. Please post any problems you find in the "Problems" thread in the forums.
