LagMonitor
LagMonitor
Description
Gives you the possibility to monitor your server performance. This plugin is based on the powerful tools VisualVM and Java Mission Control, both provided by Oracle. This plugin gives you the possibility to use the features provided by these tools also in Minecraft itself. This might be useful for server owners/administrators who cannot use the tools.

You don't have to decompile the plugin. You can find there the source code with comments and building utilities.
LagMonitor is open source and hosted on the free platform GitHub; feel free to fork, star, or contribute by making pull requests and opening issues.
@games647
im confused what do you meen where the server will be? like does it put all the files and folders into that file then or does it work and run and load like craftbukkit just has an extra folder in the location now????
and have you checked out getspigot.org? its where ive found both updated craftbukkit and spigot files but im unsure if its truly spigot
@XxthedarkkingxX
LagMonitor not only uses BungeeCord. It makes also use of the more advanced timings system which is embed in Spigot. Yes all plugins should work with Spigot. Spigot only made some fixes and additions but no breaking changes.
You could also run PaperSpigot which I think has a easier setup for you. https://ci.destroystokyo.com/job/PaperSpigot/
Just run this jar as it would be the craftbukkit.jar. It will create folder called cache, where the actually server will be but everything else works as usual.
@games647
Is it garuntteed that all craftbukkit plugins work on spigot???? I host my server from home i dont use a server hoster, while i have never used spigot, i know craftbukkit allows this. To be even more honest..... i just dont want to go throught the whole learning process for another type of server, lazyness or comfortablility whichver you prefer but ive watched some youtube vids on using spigot and it just seems so much more complicated to just get an updated jar file
i also dont use sql or mysql or any form of online database or any database for that matter. i use the simple files that get loaded on first run and thats it.
@XxthedarkkingxX
Why don't you want to upgrade to Spigot?
i know that spigot now does the majority of the fork work for craftbukkit, why they havent now included the bungee API is beyond me but is it really that much work to make it craftbukkit compatible????? i meen this is the craftbukkit site so shouldnt plugins posted here work for the craftbukkit fork as well as spigot,paper spigot or what have you???? i use other plugins of yours and i have zero issues with them
side note i checked out that link... didnt tell me anything im looking for
@XxthedarkkingxX
Yes it uses the bungee API which is included in Spigot. This is the only way (without reflection) to access the new chat features from 1.8.
So my question why do you still use CraftBukkit? You should use Spigot/PaperSpigot/or other forks. Craftbukkit is currently developed by the same developers from Spigot. You can see that here:
https://hub.spigotmc.org/stash/projects/SPIGOT/repos/craftbukkit/commits
@XxthedarkkingxX
it says its missing bungee/api and i had another plugin do this and the owner of that one said it broke for craftbukkit
um i think its broken for craftbukkit 1.9.x
@games647
Yeah! I like htop's style ;)
Any Feedback to this? This is still the minecraft console.
Version 1.0 will be uploaded today with the pagination as the biggest change:
@Xickle
The cpu usage can be already seen by invoking the timing command or the running the monitor. The memory is much harder to analyze, but I have an idea.
I am not sure how this works, but would it be possible to implement a monitor for resource usage of each individual plugin installed on the server?
@NoChanceSD
I planning on releasing 1.0 to Spigot.
@games647
You could copy paste the project page, i'm also saying this because then you would have a discussion thread about the plugin where people usually give more feedback than here.
And sure i will report anything i find.
@NoChanceSD
Thank you very much. Keep in mind that this project is in beta. So please report all bugs or make suggestions. As you can see here tons of things are already planned.
That's a good point, but it's another platform where I have to maintain the project page. :(
Looks awesome, will try it soon.
Btw, i suggest you also post this in spigot to get a bit more visibility.
New version is uploaded:
Some important features
Environment command:
CPU graph (/graph cpu):
yellow = system load
blue = process load
@Sternenforscher
Thanks a lot.
This is definitely an useful plugin with a lot of potential. I'm exited to see what this develops when it comes out of beta :).
