Bukkit

This release/build is for both Minecraft 1.7.x and 1.8.x (bukkit and spigot/bukkit alt.)
And addresses two small bug fixes from prev release with Auto-Fill " -tog " (now -t) messaging. Additionally if a player did not have Auto-Fills and add fills, the default logic is to ensure the fills are automatically turned on for the player. Due to the -tog option being changed to -t, there was an over sight in an additional line of code that did not change from -tog to -t. This release fixes both these issues. They are minor and should not really affect players, but ....
