What steps will reproduce the problem:

Change the delay to say 10 hours, it'll change it to a year.  I believe the max is 5 hours until it'll change to a year.

What was the expected output, and what happened instead:

I expected the delay to be 10 hours, not a year.

What version of Kits are you using:

Kits v2.0.1

What version of Craftbukkit are you using:

1.7.9
