What steps will reproduce the problem:
Everytime I try to set a delay for a kit.

What was the expected output, and what happened instead:
I expect for the delay to work, although it either doesn't work or sets it to a year instead of a day or whatever.

What version of Kits are you using:
The latest version.

What version of Craftbukkit are you using:
I am running Spigot #1649 (1.7/1.8 Protocol Hack)
