Metrics & Updates
KitPlugin is using metrics to collect stats! It only collects basic things such as version type, players online, version of craftbukkit, etc.
Go into /plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml if you wish to disable that.
KitPlugin also includes an update-checker and auto-updater. Go into /plugins/KitPlugin/config.yml if you wish to disable that.

No and it will not be possible in the future. Sorry for that.
is it possible to get enchant in the kits?
Not to persist, but do you ever plan on adding potions?
@recon88
Sorry, I had tried only a few potions, so I had assumed all durabilities were not working.
@Quaffle10
Could you explain me WHY people (like you) are just to lazy to test it?
Why? I don't understand it.
All except of potions are working

Hey there, I don't suppose you would be willing to a functionality for durabilities of data values. There are a few kits I had wanted to make for colors of wool, and types of potions. I don't think it'd be too difficult of a task, Here is a list of all data values with durabilities.
Edit: so wool does works 373:16 Awkward Potion 373:32 Thick Potion 373:64 Mundane Potion All work, but the majority of the potions give an error.
@ryvix
Alright =)
I see.. Nothing special because it's just the console output. Fixed in next version.
"[KitPlugin] Deducted 10$ from XXX"
Thanks, I think I actually may have just got it working somehow after playing around for a few hours with it. Woohoo!
One small thing I noticed was in the console it says currencyname$ like that or some such thing when people get a kit. It must be tacking the symbol onto the end of the currency which seems a little oddish. I feel like it should either have one or the other, the currency name or the currency symbol.
But thats all so far =)
@ryvix
Well negative permissions are sometimes confusing. I got similiar problem with ALL plugins if I'm trying to use negatives. But it definitly works if you set it up right.
Could you copy your permissions file to pastebin.com ? I'll check that for you.
Hi there,
Everything has been working great for the most part. Except I just tried to add a negative permission for a kit like this: - -kit.apples Which normally should work I think, except it doesn't in this case. I am using PEX and it is in a specific worlds permissions under a group and they can still do /kit apples to get their apples. How can I make it disable this?
Thanks =)
EDIT: Even when I add - -kit.* they are still able to get them. I know I have things setup right because other negative permissions do work like they should. Though I wonder if any others don't. EDIT2: I think maybe it just might not be getting inherited properly from groups I have inheritiing this base group. Something is off though somewhere and I don't really know what.
@lucky___13
Wait. First remove the "$" in your kitnames. That could cause problems. Also I never used SQL based permissions.
The plugin works great with normal permissions.
@recon88
My kits setup; http://pastebin.com/6LfbGKdU The permissions is stored in a mysql database, which I dont have access to, but I can assure you that each of my perm groups have 'kit.kit' and the specific 'kit.[name]' nodes. For some players it works, for others it doesn't It seems that groups with two available kits dont seem to work from what I have noticed, that is, donors with the 'kit.starter' and 'kit.donorkit' perms cannot access either, or at least the donor one. They receive a message 'You dont have access' or something, im not entirely sure.
Thats really all the information I can offer.
@lucky___13
Errors? Which message appears if they try to get a kit? Give me informations O.o Otherwhise i can't help you.
Also copy your permissions file to pastebin.com and send me the link.
Some of my players cannot gain kits, while others can, they all have the same permissions nodes. Is there a reason for this?
Btw I am using the latest version of craftbukkit for my server.
Is it not compatible?
Great plugin! Keep up the great work.
@recon88 Thanks!
@JAke3457
just use the kitnames for the permission nodes...
example kits:
permissions for that kits:
What are the individual permissions? The only thing I want to know if there is a permission node that lets people select any kit, with cooldown still working.
@Huffmanbrandon
No
Nice plugin, is there a way for the plugin to let NEWLY spawned players start off with a desired kit without having to type a command for it?
