KingKits v5.2.0

• Potion effect durations are correctly saved and loaded
• 'Allow.Right click preview' setting actually does something
• Config conversion error messages are now corrected
• Unbreakable items works when taking damage from non-entities, e.g. fall damage

• Updated to 1.9
• Player data is not saved if they are empty/have not been modified
• Potion effect duration can now be a decimal number (it eventually gets rounded to ticks from seconds)
• Only 6 lines show on each page of the '/kk config' book
• Default kits config has more detail

• Config v3.0 to v3.1 automatic updater (Adds support for 1.9)
• New kit config option 'Held item slot' determines which slot to set the player's inventory to when they choose that kit

Note: KingKits v5.2.0 and above will not work on versions below Minecraft 1.9. I will not be adding support for versions below any-more.
