What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.basicly i downloaded and put on my server.
2.all basic nothing being moded.
3.i delete a town, or i add someone it would work fine, every now n then i get this
[WARNING] [Kingdoms] [SQLite] Error at SQL Query: query does not return ResultSet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? current rec

Do you have an error log of what happened?

also with this being said another thing id like to add
when u add a someone to create town etc. i did the command to add someone and i need to be promoted. no admin can change that other then a owner of the kingdom. could u please bring it in so it automaticly adds them to leader rank and also make it so that admins can set people to ranks wether its themselfs or not.

Please provide any additional information below.
