How to use
- Download the plugin
- Drop and drag the file into your plugins folder
- Start or reload the server
- Edit the config.yml in the new Folder

Permissions
- killplus.get | Player get only health if he has this permission
- killplus.give | Player get only health if the killed person has this permission
