I rewrote the complete plugin.

IMPORTANT!!!

If you are updating from Killermoney 1.x or 2.x, it is important to delete the KillerMoney folder from the plugin folder, otherwise the old files might mix with the new ones. The sturcute of the files are changed so deleting the old folder is requied to run this plugin!

If you are op on your server, you will get money x 10, because you have the killermoney.multiplier.10 permission by default!
