A BUNCH OF FIXES HAVE BEEN MADE! ALL MOBS SHOULD BE SUPPORTED AND WORKING NOW!

I have added the ability to enable/disable messaging when killing a mob/player for each mob/player. I have added the ability to enable/disable a random amount of cash (You define the minimum and maximum amount) received for killing a mob/player for each mob/player.
