- cleaned up code in general
- added several block types for teleporting to work more intuitively (porting through lava, vines, sugar cane, crops, iron fences, double grass, etc)
- slabs now works correctly
- thin glass now works correctly as well
- player positioning on snow is calculated on actual snow height
- default backporting on left click of same material as teleporting
- cooldowntime is now in milliseconds rather than seconds (default of 300 ms to prevent too many right click events)
- the last 30 teleports are now stored which translates in that the player can backport up to 30 times
