• Fixed issues with disbanding/closing parties
• Fixed sending to global chat appearing to work but not actually working
• Fixed lack of notification for being kicked from a party
• Added notifications for teleports
• Fix unable to modify inventory after closing some GUIs
• Improved /kptp by allowing username argument
• Added /kptoggle to toggle filtered chat between party and global
• Works with CB 1.7.9-R0.2
