Changes in this update:

• Broadcast to server config options:
  • broadcast.jail - broadcast when a player is jailed.
  • broadcast.unjail - broadcast when a player is unjailed
  • broadcast.reasonChange - broadcast when a jailed player's reason is changed
  • broadcast.onjoin - broadcast when a jailed / pending jailed player joins the server
  • broadcast.ignorePermission - broadcast to everyone, even if they are missing the KarmicJail.broadcast permission
• New permission node to be selective to players that receive the message
  • KarmicJail.broadcast - receives any broadcast messages from this plugin.

Other

• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
