Changes in this update:

• Removed bPermissions from grabbing a "default" group.
• Reasons are only alphanumeric now to prevent query errors.

Semi-Important

• Reasons do not support chat colors at this time

Other

• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.
