• Fix the issue of jailing users whose names are comprised of only numbers.

• Cannot edit reason after player is jailed.
• On the rare occasion, when a player is unjailed, their groups are not returned. Haven't notice this happen on mutli-group users. More than likely is occurring for default group users.

Don't use. Has a bug where you cannot set a time when using the jail command. Use the updated version: 0.22
