This plugin teleports players to a random location.

Permission nodes
- rtp.use - Required to use /rtp
- rtp.bypass - Bypasses cooldown and warning messages (OP)

Can I just say this is my new favourite thing ever - I've had so many issues with perms not working for other rtp plugins and no one will reply or help me and there's nothing online!
Then I find this - and it works!
