Bukkit

the permissions doesn't work i use permissionbukkit ad that works fine with other plugins.
i gave the following permissions to a normal player:
      justwarp.list: true
      justwarp.warp: true
      justwarp.warp.all: true

a player that is op can warp.
(and create them)
i isn't showing an error in the console.
please fix this problem.
