ADDED VAULT SUPPORT, Please delete config and let it regen

What it does
JOPHPromote is a simple plugin that will rank players to a specified group when they say the "rankup phrase". The rankup phrase is fully customisable via the config.yml file. You NEED Vault for this plugin to function
Commands
- /jophpromote - Lists plugin info
- /jophpromote reload - Reloads the plugin config
- /help jophpromte - Shows the help page

- Ranks players up when they say a configurable message
- Has a kit feature ( Stone tools & 5 torches )

Permissions
JOPHPromote.norankup - Users with this permission will not be able to rankup with JOPHPromote

Posted Oct 15, 2012Would it be possible to add a way to have different groups with different phrases? So like if I want them to choose something like: Fighter: I came to fight! Farmer: I want to be a peaceful farmer. Explorer: I want to venture across the land! Builder: I aim to create! And then I would add the JOPHPromote.norankup permission so they couldn't change or just leave it be if I want them to be able to.

Well then you give the group that they rank up to jophpromote.norankup.
Player 1 says the phrase, plugin makes sure the user's group does not have jophpromote.norankup, plugin ranks up user.
The user is now in the group Group2, and group2 has the permission jophpromote.norankup, which means the plugin won't let that group rankup.
tl;dr - Give every group, exept for the group they rank up from the permission jophpromote.rankup

what he means is if the user doesnt have the permission "JOPHPromote.norankup" all the people without the permission node can say the phrase over and over, they only get ranked up once but they still recieve the kit items

Let me clearly state this: This is not an issue, please just read the permission section. Notice how it says that if a group has that permission, they won't be able to rankup. YOU NEED TO GIVE THE GROUPS THIS PERMISSION!
Look at the code: https://github.com/JOPHESTUS/JOPHPromote/blob/master/src/me/jophestus/JOPHPromote/JOPHPromoteListener.java
This line: if (!p.hasPermission("JOPHPromote.norankup")) { means that if a player does not have that permission it will allow them to rankup.
These lines: else { p.sendMessage(RED + "[JOPHPromote] " + GREEN + "I'm sorry " + p.getName() + ", You can't do that."); chat.setCancelled(true); } means that if a user does have that permission, it will not allow them to rankup. kk?

Posted Sep 27, 2012Really a great plugin, and I thank you a lot for this.
I just seem to step upon one little flaw. If password is "x" and someone would say x, they get promoted of course. But they can say x to get "promoted" ("Promotion" to the same rank) as many times as they like to, more or less a moronic action. Is it possible to make people only being able to use the password once?
