Bukkit

Hi there; I installed Jobs Reborn on my server about two months ago, and everything seemed to work fine after some short configuration.  However, just recently we have stopped seeing the 2x Boost in chat entirely, and one of the members suspects that the boost never really worked in the first place.  Is there a way to fix this besides disabling it?
