Bukkit

A lot of players are complaining about not getting paid for their jobs they have taken on.  I'm also noticing that some get paid and some don't.  I am Op'd and I get paid for fishing but another staff member who is Op'd doesn't get paid for fishing.  So far it is for fishing, Mining, Explorer, Woodcutting, Is there a perm that I am missing that isn't listed on the plugin page?
