Every time we need to restart our server for something or another, everyone's job gets randomly re-assigned. I've sifted through the config file multiple times but can't seem to find anything that might affect this behavior, apart from save-on-disconnect. But it seems everything should be saving on server shutdown anyway. But without fail, when the server it re-launched, not a single player will have the job assigned to them from before.

I've opened the database for the plugin and looked at it while the server is running. It generally will have incorrect data in the user table until the server is shut down, at which point I can refresh and the data will be up to date. But without fail, launching the server will cause every job to be reassigned. It feels as if the plugin is not loading the correct data on startup.
