    I have the problem that when I use the plugin on 1.8 the users can when fly thy spam the jump key. Do you know what I could do?

    Yes of course,

    Maybe it happends when you have put the cooldown on 1 second and the height higher then 5. Maybe add some more cooldown to it.

    If it is not helping, I think it is maybe your server that is lagging. Try option 1.
