jCommands is developed by Jozeth and is a lightweight plugin which currently has more than 50 commands such as /day to /boom, you can manage a small server off of this plugin.
Once you've installed the .jar on to your server and started it, a 'players' folder will be created, ready for player configs.
Quote:This plugin utilizes an external version checking system, which means that the plugin makes a connection to curseforge.com and the following may occur:
- The plugins version checked against approved files
- Downloading of the plugin files
- Launching of the plugin files downloaded
You can disable the check and/or automated download via the configuration of this plugin.
Find the commands and permissions here!
Works with PermissionsEx and PermissionsBukkit or another permissions plugin which hooks into Bukkit's native permissions.
In jCommands there are two statistic trackers (MCStats.org). My stats tracker currently only picks up start ups (whenever you reload or start your server a counter goes up by one). These features can be disabled in the config.
- Added /time
- Added /getnames [player]
- Name changes are in each player's config
- Online staff (jcommands.moderators & jcommands.admins) are alerted when a player joins with a different name to last time
- /getnames works in the console
- Fixed typos and some permissions in the plugin.yml
- Changed command aliases from, "jc" to "jc_"
- Removed Warp features and added them to 'jCommands Warps' - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/jcommands-warps/
- Release of jCommands' first add-on, jCommands Warps
- Removed logging of commands
- Changed namespace
- Removed /savedata
Version 2.0.1
- Updated to CB 1.7.9-R0.2
- You can now import your warps from jWarp - This will overwrite any warps with the same name
- Added /importwarps
- Added /getuuid <player>
- /getuuid & /importwarps work in the console
Version 2.0.1b
- Updated to CB 1.7.9-R0.1 and can run on CB 1.7.9-R0.2
- Removed an unused class
- A player's name within their own config will change if that player changes their name
- Fixed a bug when converting a player's config when joining
- Fixed the 'IOException error' in v2.0.1a
- Fixed a bug in /ban

Hello again. Im here to request a new feature, would be great if you could implement it, as I am truly a great fan of this plugin.
It would be a /setwarp /warp feature! The reason im asking for this feature to be added is that I would rather use your plugin all in one, than start installing several plugins to achieve minor things like that.
Also, how the /home inaccuracy coming?
Thank you!
@muzako
Sorry i only know the Bukkit API

v1.0.6 WILL BE OUT ON TUESDAY
@Jozeth
One last request, are you able to add a teleport request feature to this plugin? Much like the plugin 'teleconformlite' Get back to me, thanks.
@lucky___13
I'll try to recreate that bug tonight and try to fix it...
Hey there! I love your plugin, I only have one issue with it, that is that the /sethome is not accurate at ALL!
I enjoy having this plugin on my server, but im sick of it spawning players into walls or 'out of the world' when they use /home.
Is there anyway to increase the accuracy of your /sethome feature? Otherwise I may need to find a replacement..
Get back to me! People are suffocating in walls as we speak! :c
Can anyone do a tutorial on jCommands for me?
@bobdotexe
I'll contact him and ask him to add it to his plugin.properties.
Awesome Plugin,
Can you please add support for 'craftbukkituptodate'?
So we can get updates automatically!

@vJuggerz
Why do you have .* at the end of each permission?
Hi, i just added jcommands to my server and i love it! except for one thing, i can't get people that aren't ops or admins under my permissionsEx, to use the commands like /home or /spawn. I have added the nodes into the default group but it still doesn't work.
groups:
default:
options:
rank: 1000
inheritance: default
default: true
permissions:
- modifyworld.*
- chatmanager.*
- iConomy.holdings.*
- iConomy.help.*
- iConomy.payment.*
- iConomy.accounts.create.*
- iConomy.accounts.remove.*
- iConomy.accounts.status iConomy.accounts.status.set.*
- jcommands.home.*
- jcommands.sethome.*
- jcommands.spawn.*
- tcl.tpc.*
- tcl.tpchere.*
- tcl.tpca.*
- tcl.tpcd.*
- tcl.tpcclear.*
- ChestShop.shop.create.*
- ChestShop.shop.buy.*
- ChestShop.shop.sell.*
Any help would be highly appreciated! thanks in advance.
@Jozeth
Thanks Jozeth! I was hoping there would be some options such as homes per world and such, but knowing what's supposed to be there is helpful.
@meiamone
When you start the server, yes, but once someone does /sethome or teleports somewhere it will create their last location or home...
Wow this does the exact same thing as essentials but essentials does it better.. not to be a hater but id rather have essentials that has economy homes warps etc, 1 plugin instead of a bunch of different ones to achieve the same thing. Thats coming from a server owner, as a plugin developer i can't blame you for having a similar plugin.. but i mean the stuff this does is extremely simple to make if you know even basic bukkit api + java such as myself..
Is the config.yml supposed to be blank?
seriously it's probably for me the best plugin command for my server!
you could add the command (/ Top) leads to its highest point above us!
Please do not add the command for (Warp) exactly the why i chosen you! its like I can use my own system of warp and my other plugin without conflict!
thank you, Long life to this plugin! :)
sorry for my English! I did my best.
