Do not use the permission node: 'jcommands.warp.*'. Use 'jcommands.warp.WARPNAME' (per warp) and 'jcommands.warp.*' will be changed to 'jcommands.warp.all' in v1.2.2 (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/jcommands/files/49-v1-2-2/)
