ITC is basicly a server wide /powertool.
Features
Easily <create|remove> defined server-wide powertools.
Commands
- /itc give <player> <ITC name> - Gives user ITC tool
- /itc add <ITC name> <item> <lore> <command> - Adds new ITC tool
- /itc rem <ITC name> - Removes that ITC tool
- /itc list - List all ITC tools
- /itc reload - Reloads ITC

- itc.menu
- itc.list

Configuration
