Updated for mcMMO update Jan 22nd 2012 (build #1282) on (SkillTypes were moved into another package).

If you are running an mcMMO build pre-1282, this package will not work. Use v1.0.1 as the only difference between this version and 1.0.1 is support for newer mcMMO builds.

* Even if you can't craft an item, you can use the item in crafting. e.g. you may restrict leather boots from being crafted, but if a player has leather boots, they can dye them.
