• Added ability to use '*' for the item id in config and permissions.
• Added misc. booleans to disable explosions and fire, you will need to delete your config and let the plugin regenerate it to see the changes.
• Added the ability to disable messages for certain actions, you will need to delete your config and let the plugin regenerate it to see the changes.
• Cleaned up the code a bit

'*' does't work for brewing, dispensing, and spawning. Fixed in V3.1
