What is ItemStats
ItemStats is a lightweight plugin that allows you to set stats for any item such as setting how much damage a sword will do.
How to Install ItemStats
Drag ItemStats.jar into your "plugins" directory. A config yml file will be created on server startup.

Damage seems to be functioning perfectly, but I can't seem to get Arrow Damage to work.
/i bow 1 name:&bName_here lore:&4Arrow_Damage:_20-30
Adds the lore appropriately, but doesn't do anything to the damage of the bow.

Posted Jan 10, 2015Will you make a new stat called "Ranged Damage" which changes how much damage your arrows do, when I use the regular damage stat on the bow it just changes how much damage you hit with the actual bow itself.

Haha calm down. You are not understanding what this is at all :P
The only thing this plugin does it change the damaging system. So you can use the plugin essentials (which is not my plugin at all) to spawn an item with a custom lore and name.
My plugin will read the custom lore and changes how much damage that item will do.
For exampe, if we use essentials to spawn us a stick that does 20 to 25 damage we do:
(the i command is in essentials)
/i stick 1 name:&fJacketPotato_Stick lore:&fDamage:_20-25

Don't even try to claim that this is "Essentials for people who don't want all the features."
This should be taken down promptly.
