    Steps to reproduce:

    Doesnt Ban the items at all

    Modpack Version and Minecraft Version:

    FTB Agrarian Skies 3.1.1
    Minecraft 1.6.4

    Plugin Version:

    ItemRestrict v1.4
    ItemRestrict v1.3

    CraftBukkit Build Number:

    mcpc-plus-1.6.4-R2.1-forge965-B272

    There none,

    Explanation:

    It seems to be active in the plugins list, and i have the config, but doesnt ban the items

    Only problem I've with 1.6.4 is metadata rounded down to 16, preventing to ban certain items like potions. What's your configuration file here?
