Steps to reproduce:
using ItemDisabler2/GriefBeGone, you can ban items from spawning in the world
Example1: dropping itemX from modX will dup due to modY
With ItemDisabler2, I can ban itemX from spawning into the world (thus dropping)
Example2: when dying, a backpack like item would drop and remains in inventory, so I would like to ban dropping said backpack
